Shipment processing time
All retail orders are processed within 2-5 business days wholesale 7-10 depending on size. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipment is placed on Monday’s and Thursday’s.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return Policy
All klarna purchases are refundable for no later than 14 days after checkout, refunds are processed.
All other purchases are non refundable or returnable.
